Data Deletion

You can delete your BuzzFast account and all associated data at any time. This is permanent — there is no undo.

From inside the app

Settings → Account → "Delete account". You'll be asked to confirm with your sign-in method. Deletion runs immediately for application data and within 30 days for backups.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@buzzfast.dev from the address tied to your account. We verify ownership before processing.

What gets deleted

• Profile, email, OAuth provider links.
• Uploaded files and generated renders.
• Job history and saved faces.
• Credit balance, ledger entries, and any unredeemed credits (no refund).
• Stripe customer reference (Stripe retains its own billing records per its terms).

What we retain

Aggregated, anonymized usage metrics; billing records required by law (up to 7 years); and abuse-prevention hashes of content reported as harmful.
