Refund Policy

Failed generations

If a render fails, BuzzFast automatically refunds the credit cost to your balance. No ticket required — the refund will appear in your history within seconds of the failure.

One-off credit packs

Within 14 days of purchase, you can request a refund of any one-off credit pack provided fewer than 25% of the credits have been used. Email billing@buzzfast.dev with your account email and the Stripe receipt.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time from the billing portal — you keep access through the end of the current period. Pro-rated refunds are not offered for partial months, but unused subscription credits remain usable until the 90-day inactivity window closes.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — a disputed charge will pause your account during the bank's review. We respond to every billing email within one business day.
