Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using BuzzFast you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be 18+ to use BuzzFast. One person, one account.

3. Credits & payments

Use of generative tools consumes credits. Credits purchased as one-off packs never expire. Subscription credits expire after 90 days of inactivity. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of inputs you upload and outputs you generate. By using BuzzFast you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train any model.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BuzzFast to create non-consensual likenesses, sexual content involving minors, deepfake fraud, or anything that violates law or the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. No warranty

BuzzFast is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or specific creative outcomes. Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of unused subscription credits except as described in the Refund Policy.
